Dark and Light III
Bad Horrible news: Tanzania has a reputation as an idyllic tourist destination for safaris and climbing Mount Kilimanjaro. It also has the largest population of albinos in the world and they are being hunted and killed or mutilated on the order of witch doctors who use their limbs in rituals and claim that potions made from their skin, blood and bones can make people wealthy. Fifty-seven individuals have been murdered since 2007.
Wait, let me read that news article again- I must have misread. For a second I thought I was in the twenty-first century and not the Neolithic Age. There is no defense for this. I don't buy into the fact that poverty and ignorance is to blame. I know plenty of poor and stupid people who don't go around hacking off other people's limbs.

Good Great News: Pastor Terry Jones took a trip to New York city yesterday because he was under the impression that he was meeting with the man who plans to build the mosque near ground zero. Even though Pastor Jones was dissed, he wasn't pissed enough to go through with the burning of copies of the Quran because hallelujah!!!- he had a call from God Himself, through his special, direct pipeline to the Lord, who told him to put the plan on hold.
Is it just me or is the whole thing almost like a South Park episode?
