Another celebration

Hurray!! Celebration all round. Let's party.  

No, not at this photo, but at the other thing that happened today.

This photo, by the way, was a car accident that happened outside our apartment. I was sitting typing away when I heard a loud crash.  There didn't seem to be any injuries, the ambulance quickly left the scene.  What amazed me was the queuing traffic sat honking at the fire engine. Thankfully it left shortly after, I mean, how dare it stop and help at the scene of the crash..

Anyway, the celebration... I'm no longer unemployed.  2 weeks after arriving in Canada we have a bank account, a flat, and we both have jobs.  

Customer service, cashier etc etc and a deli restaurant. They liked hiring travellers on visa's as it means that everyone can be flexible.  Can't wait to start. I was starting to get a bit scunnered with going to bed every night and not having to set my alarm (as good as that sounds).
