Trash Day
Now I know you were all expecting a photograph of the train that eluded me last week. Sorry to disappoint but I didn't go anywhere near the railway track today.
I had a DVD to return to Red Box and thought I would use that trip as my photographic walk.
The DVD in question was Crazy Heart and very watchable. Jeff Bridges' performance was definitely worthy of the Oscar for Best Actor. And the scenery of the southwest had me wishing I was back in Texas. Will I ever get over it? :-)
Having dropped off the DVD, I began looking for things to photograph. I was not in a particularly inspirational mood but heading back home a different way, I came across these trash cans built into a pyramid outside an apartment building. Full marks to the creativity of the trash crew.
An even bigger surprise awaited me when I downloaded the images. Guess who forgot to check the ISO setting this morning? It was still set at ISO 400 from yesterday's shot in the supermarket. Ooops! Thank goodness for Photoshop CS3.
