Listen to the Rhythm of the falling rain

After what seems like weeks with out a really good downpour we are being refreshed!

As I watch the passing scenery on the train, I've noticed daily the ground getting harder and drier and more yellow.

There is an area of playground and football pitch and where a beautiful green was only 3 weeks ago the grass is now threadbear and brown.

But look at my lovely green corner of garden.... Tomorrow after the rain it will be beautifully overgrown and flowering and fresh....
