much lamented

If blipping is about seeing every possible situation as being potentially blippable, then this is shared in that spirit.

This is a former clematis. After 12 years of faithful service, during which it delighted everybody by surrounding the sitting-out area with masses of white flowers, this year we have this sad sight.

Unaccountable - since after all clematis should live for longer than 12 years - and hard to know quite what to replace it with. Any blippers who are also gardeners are welcome to make suggestions.

In the meantime, as Esther said: "That's life"!
