First cloves
of this year's garlic from the garden. I chopped some of it to eat fresh sprinkled on tapas for lunch - morcillas (blood sausage with onion and pine kernels), tortilla made with broad bean leaves, and egg of course, sweet onions and spinach from the garden, olives .... a perfect summer lunch with red wine from nearby Neffiès.
