An Occitan flag hanging on a wine vat marks the entrance to a debate we went to today, on next week's Euro elections. The debate took place in the courtyard of a vigneron in Laure Minervois - vineyards all around and much of the discussion, in Occitan, Catalan and French, was about the future of winemaking.
