No olive branch

These tiny olive flowers, blown by strong winds this morning, landed in the muddy trench we use for watering our pepper plants. The flowers are from the same tree whose buds I blipped here. I hope the crop won't be affected as I'm not sure whether the flowers had been fertilised or not yet.

I'm thinking this morning of the peaceful activists killed and injured by Isreali forces in international waters while trying to deliver humanitarian aid to Gaza.
