Kaybees Bits

Heavy Traffic

It was the return trip from Nottingham to Livingston.

Up the A1 we headed.

However, we decided that we wanted Yorkshire Pudding with sausage and gravy for lunch...........and what better place than the pub in Goathland up on the moors 9 miles from Whitby.

This is the village where they film a lot of the TV series 'Heartbeat' and has the station that they tend to use (it has olso been used in the Harry Potter film).

After a wonderful lunch I wandered down to the station just in time to catch two of the steam trains coming in.............wonderful machines.

Todays blip had to be this sign which is on the bridge approaching the station and tends to be ignored by everyone walking back and forth
