Genie in a Bottle?

OK....this isn't quite a genie in a bottle...far from it. This weird little device has become my best friend lately with my sickness. I was paranoid that I would feel like I was drowning with the device known as the NetiPot. Yes, you pour water up your nose...on purpose! Finally got into Kaiser and they just confirmed I was having constant migraines along with sinus issues. uggggh. At least I got some pills that should help. Not an exciting blip, but since my day has been focused around health issues...this is all I could think to get a picture of.
