Lunch
I went out to try and capture the essence of the Oklahoma Panhandle, the endless horizon, the flatness, the town sheltering under the sky, the industry - such as it is! The light was incredible and I was experimenting a new lens - 7/14 wide angle. I tried all sorts of shots of the water tower, the ancient elevator, the fencelines disappearing into the distance. But in the end I settled for these happy cows eating corn husks, the water tower is in the background as well as the grain elevator.
This is Keyes, Oklahoma.
