Viva Wark!

I was struck this morning by yet another sample of Wark's work - Wark being the graffiti artist, now quite famous internationally, that I met in the Rocinha shanty-town.

A day of struggling to sort out invoicing and tax problems, both HH and I meeting with frustration at every turn. I did at least manage to solve my immediate invoicing problem, but although the tax man here is good at extracting money from us, he doesn't make it easy for us to pay it (and he throws in lots of extra little - and not so little - expenses).

Time for beer and skittles - well, beer and vittals, maybe.
