Moshling Guys

This pair call all their action figures 'Guys'. So, they have Superhero Guys; Peppa Pig Guys; Hello Kitty Guys - you get the picture. Moshlings have been on the go for a long time now, and you can buy a packet of 2 for only £2. Perfect pocket money purchase.

Mummy and Daddy are away out in Edinburgh on a weekend of decadence to celebrate Mummy's birthday on Sunday. Ida and I picked Arlo up from school, and headed right back here, stopping off at Mr Tesco's shop to buy some croissant for breakfast, and some Moshlings for being good in the car.

Arlo was genuinely delighted that Ida got a gold one (rare perhaps?), and she was chuffed that he got one like she already had, but in a different colour.

He is displaying the gap toothed 6-yr old smile here, and she says she is not going to let the fairies take her teeth out!

After tea (cottage pie, peas and beans, followed by chocolate custard), they got into a rather serious discussion of 'What happens after we die Granny'? Wish I knew for sure my lovelies.

I gave them the kid version of some people believe in reincarnation, so you might come back as a robin or a puppy, and some people believe you go to Heaven, and meet up with all the other people you knew who have gone to Heaven.

And then Arlo asked, 'but you can still play games, eh Granny'?

Emmmm, I like to think so!

It's such a delight to be a granny - kind of like being in Heaven already!
