How White is your Smile?

I should have got a good girl sticker from the Dentist today. Or maybe 2.
1 for going all by myself (as Mr was sleeping) (I hate dentists!)
And 2 for doing my cleaning well!! My hygienist was very impressed, despite my distinct lack of flossing!
This was my first appointment on Denplan so the pain was eased slightly by not having to hand over money for something I hate going to!

And I hate this toothpaste. Makes my tongue numb so didn't feel too bad about wasting half a tube. (Although I spent the next 10 minutes trying to squish it all back in the tube for Mr W!)

Then I covered my teeth in sugar again when I met Mr W in Tesco/Costa for a Gingerbread latte!
