back to work. monday morning of all things. Who does that? its a crazy world Monday mornings....kudos to those of you who achieve it regularly....

A few patients were still in the beds they were in when I left - a few had arrived & a few had left. Including the patient whom left this for me.... I possibly made an impact for the positive for the most part of her stay - I only wish I knew who she was so I could say thank you... but I will leave the gift (a delicious locally made apricot conserve) in the nurses secret stash of condiments to enjoy on those mornings we do have time for a mini breakfast.
