standing order

The Tuesday dinner gathering was at mine this eve. Being easily distracted by 'butterflies' is a curse. It's never easy figuring out what to make & then actually getting it done... Tonight I went with the Caribbean pork & veg. However I did start a bit too early so it didn't quite come together the way I had envisaged.

It was good catching up - it's been a few weeks with everyone tripping around this month.

Can't wait to do this with a Thermomix on my bench...
