Living in the madhouse ...

This morning I helped facilitate some training on common mental health issues which affect 1 in 3 women in the perinatal period, with a group of social workers. The venue is located on the grounds of Valkenberg Psychiatric Hospital; so spacious with an incredible view of Devil's Peak. Back tomorrow for the second session.
I arrived home to be greeted by Hershey and his blanket ... he often races around with a blanket as a means of getting attention, containing his excitement when I get home (?), but today he persisted and ended up skulking furtively about the garden trying to find a place to bury it.
