The Beast

Between us we gardened, laundered, tidied, baked and homeworked. So a walk in the sunshine to our friends' house for an afternoon with this, and all the fine accompaniments you would expect, including fine wine and chatter was exceedingly welcome.

As were the accompaniments you might not expect - games of Bananagrams, hilariously entertaining children and Lycra mankinis and 2015 holiday planning! Always slightly freaks me out when someone out plans me.

A very splendid Sunday and start to half-term.
