Cupcake tryout...

Friday is a quiet day for me so I got home early. At Cake Club at the Post Box Cafe on Wednesday, Chris had showed us some ready made Halloween icing and sprinkles that he'd found at ALDI. We liked them. So yesterday I went in search of them.

ALDI was interesting. I'm more of a Waitrose/Marks & Spencer's food hall/ Booth's kind of a boy. So ALDI was a revelation. I've never been to a jumble sale in a food store before. I found the 'home baking' section but was disappointed to find none of the things Chris had shown us. I was making my way through the store when I spotted a section full of Halloween bits and pieces. And there it all was.

I decided to play today and had fun making these Halloween cupcakes. I will be making more for the actual evening.
