Tiramisu...
Last night was my third night at the Post Box Cafe, this time to attend Cake Club. It was a filthy night and only the diehards were out. Technically it wasn't Cake Club last night as we made Tiramisu. So, I guess, it was Pudding Club really. We made them in these little foil containers for ease of carrying them home. Chris, who runs the cafe, said it was best to leave them in the fridge for a couple of days so that the flavours develop and the chocolate infuses the marscapone cream. I have hidden them at the back of the fridge and hope people think they are some well out if date Chinese takeaway that's best avoided. I'm looking forward to Friday night to sample what I made...
