EVEN ON A BUSY DAY

I walk around the pond and there she stands at the shore, or sits in the tree, or flies high above my head.
Today she simply stood and looked where something was moving, alert as always.
Piet Hein worked today (and yesterday) hard on the re-arrangement of his work-corner and succeeded well. I did some minor tasks, but they inevitably take sometimes more thinking time and seeking simple solutions. We still have five days to go and it seems we'll manage alright.
I like the idea to have some free time before we drive to Germany on Sunday in the van of a dear, good friend.
Mischa came in the afternoon, she showed her drawings and her amazing pictures of the sea that she took early in the morning.

My haiku:

As much as I can
Come near you and you do not
Subside we both felt good

And the quote by Virginia Cary Hudson in O Ye Jigs & Juleps:

When you stroll you never hurry back, because oif you had anything to do, you wouldn't be strolling in the first place.
