Fall colors

Having a new puppy in the house can make you forget there is a whole world outside your family room. Today after many walks around the yard with Dillon, I decided I needed a walk too. My husband and I stopped at Starbucks and then we head over to the park. The sun felt so good. The latte was delicious. It was just what I needed.
The wonderful autumn colors are starting to really pop now and the reflections of the colorful trees in the water of the lake were so pretty. I'll bring Dillon here when he's a little bigger. Right now I spend more time pulling things out of his mouth than actually walking him. He finds everything new and interesting. Every leaf, every acorn and every stick is a cause for great excitement.
