Fall flowers

What a day.
I'm mentally and physically spent!
It's Columbus Day here so the schools are closed. That means grandchildren are home. Did I mention they LOVE the puppy!? My poor puppy is passed out next to me on the sofa from being played with, picked up, walked and fed more than necessary all day.
Then, later in the afternoon, I met my daughter at the pediatrician's office for Nadia's 4 year old check up. Nadia hates the doctors. Oh the tears and drama and screaming! She needed 5 shots. She walked with her arms stretched out in front of her all night.
I feel like I had the shots myself.
I'm sitting now with a passed out puppy and I'm watching something mindless on the TV. It raining out. Oh yeah, Dillon doesn't seem to like the rain. Well who could blame him really. The only good thing is that the leaves stick to the grass and he can't eat them.
