green wood

you'd not know it from the shot, but this is from the underside of a chair i made using green hazel and cherry wood a few years back. it was a lot of fun! we were the only course at the college that managed to carry on working during a 4 hour power cut and only the lack of light stopped our progress. better get used to living like that... :-)
