Crescent moon at sunset

I was a bit uninspired for a blip today until I saw this! I missed a flock of birds flying across, but have caught one in this flying, and one on the television aerial in the distance :-)

We got lots of old packaging boxes out of the loft today, and it's now possible to get into the further reaches of the attic! There's loads in there that needs sorting still, but we've made a good start :-) It wasn't possible to do any outdoor work today anyway as there were an a lot of showers and not much sun to dry things up. It got quite humid late this afternoon, which is weird for late September. We've never known such warm temperatures at this time of year!
