Thanking the sponsors

My *voice* has gone from a squeaky year 9 boy sound-alike to a deep and raspy year 10 boy sound-alike! Not the most becoming of voices for a MAW but until I shake the bugs I'm stuck with it. Teaching was put on hold today due to vocal issues so instead I had some time to catch up on some much needed admin stuff.

Shortlisting is complete for 2015 AC positions - a great job done by my current AC's and the great part was that their short list was almost identical to mine. Letters will go out on Friday which will elate some and disappoint others. Writing the 'sorry' letter today was hard.

Hopped over to the nearby primary school where the Primary Quiz night was being held - 26 teams or 6 youngsters all dressed up and enjoying the challenge of pitting their knowledge and reserch skills against others. Great atmosphere. And the organising school did a great job too :)
