View from the Sofa

I have been awake and up since 3.10am . The wonky sleep pattern starts again.

No visit today, I was to phone the hospital . I haven't , don't want to bother them.

I was meant to be at Grandmas care home today for a garden fete and BBQ. I couldn't move from the sofa. Have had a few diazepam and multiple sleeping tablets but still unable to sleep.

I feel a bit too relaxed but also on the verge of wanting to do something impulsive.

Another trip up to the hospital tomorrow morning. Their way of getting me out.
