Has bins

A snap shot of an acrimonious meeting of blue bins against recycling .
The introduction of green recycling bins has lead to a marked decline of general waste bins,who have been reduced to living on less interesting waste.
Shunted to council yards ,they are beginning to fight back and have formed Bins Against Recycling ,and holding protest meetings.
The meeting i managed to get this shot of was clearly getting out of hand ,with two at the back nearly coming to blows and the rest seeming to be shouting at each other!
