Fill 'er up and pump the tyres..

I have been waiting for a long time to get this photo - and today we were having a puncture repaired at this garage, and a donkey cart arrived...and I had my camera!
These carts are used for transporting garden refuse and other junk to the dump for a fee.
I feel sorry for these poor donkeys who are not always in the best condition. Fortunately there is a lady "the donkey lady" who tries to educate the owners about looking after their animals. She also campaigned for more roadworthy carts, and the owners were given new harnesses for the donkeys. Sadly this one doesn't look in good repair.
