Best books, please

Hospital life continues and with it the riveting blip subjects I have available to me. I have been able to start reading this afternoon though, up until now I hadn't been able to concentrate on anything and was just capable of staring into space. I need a new book though, tell me your absolute favourite to give me some ideas.


Tomorrow, I assume, the doctors will come back to work and I can start badgering them on when I can go back to England. I am getting a little tired of trying to be understood in France now.
