Jelly Babies
So with two weeks to go to my half ironman, K and I swam 1900meters in the lake and then headed off for 32 miles on the bike.
I've had to get used to cycling and snacking ready for race day got to eat to keep the calories and energy, my food of choice while on board is flapjack, maltloaf and babies!
Then it was off to help set up tomorrow's Frome Triathlon.
