Orchid

I must apologies to my Blip followers, I feel that my Blips of late have lacked a little effort and imagination, so, I will try harder and keep up with admiring the lovely Blips that you all produce.

Saying that once agin today's blip, not so imaginative.

However it is still surviving, the orchid was a birthday pressie from my Mum, orchids look so lovely and I am surprised that over a month on its still living and looking lovely!

Managed a slow 6 mile run today, it was humid and I did struggle a little, trying to get the mileage back up ready for my Olympic distance tri in mid September!
