Sir Peter Scott
Clare and I visited the Wildfowl and Wetland Trust in Barnes today. Our first visit since a bitterly cold day last winter.
We realised summer has passed us by as the Sand Martins have already left for warmer climes.
Great weather despite the forecast. And we enjoyed seeing many of the recent improvements that have been made to the site.
Here is the bronze statue of the WWT's founder, Sir Peter Scott which stands by the main entrance.
