Day 2 - Exeter to Bournemouth

Another day another 90 miles (150km). Not forgetting another 6,000 ft (about 2,000m) of climbs.

But, for some reason everyone felt that this was easier than yesterday.

The team dynamics are taking shape and it is a pleasure to be sharing these 16 days with such a wonderful group.

The trip is also showing the better side of human nature: complete strangers donating cash when they hear why we are riding and cafes waiving the bill.

Tomorrow will be easier: a short ride to the Isle of Wight ferry, a scenic potter around the North of the island and then gently undulating to Worthing - about 80 (130km) miles of riding.

Only another 1,100 or so miles to go (1,800 km)!
