Here come the boys

Last night the boys had us awake from 1am until about 3.30am! They've never been like this, but we could hear foxes, and then cats howling, so I guess that was the problem. It was awful though as no sooner as one of us had gone down to them and got back in bed, they started again - well Bobbie did, as we found out, because we ended up watching them on the 'puppy cam'. Then at 2.30am I took them both out in the garden to see if they needed the toilet, which they did, and on top of the foxes and the cats, their were people in the street behind making lots of noise. Fingers crossed tonight is better!

This morning, we had a 9.30am appointment at the building society to sort out our mortgage on the new house, and on the way home we stopped off in Rottingdean and went for brunch at the Open Art Cafe. Then this afternoon we walked the boys to the marina and back. It took us ages to get there as so many people kept stopping us and asking what kind of dogs they are and wanting to fuss them.

When we got to the marina we went to Cafe Rouge for a drink and both boys were really well behaved, which considering this is only their second time at a bar is amazing. As we left a lady came over to see them and commented on how good they were while we were there.

On the way home we met lots of dogs including two bichons that were also 6 months old and who were off their leads - the boys really wanted to play with them, but it'll be a while yet before we trust them to be off their leads. Anyway, we walked 8 miles in total and they kept going, although as soon as we got home they both collapsed in a heap and had a puppy nap, but not for long, they're now in play mode again!
