Lights Out: Norwich

Roland and I attended a ceremony to mark the start of the so called 'war to end all wars' at Norwich War Memorial this evening at 10.30pm. Including hymns, prayers, music and poetry it lasted only thirty minutes but I found it to be both moving and thought provoking.

Prior to that we had attended a service at Norwich Cathedral which neither moved me nor gave me any food for thought whatsoever.
