The trouble with rain is ....

... it makes the nuts stick to my beak!

Last day of my holiday. The weather this morning was awful, pouring with rain. I was home by 9.30am. I've managed to do quite a bit of tidying today, even unpacked some more boxes. I'm determined to finish unpacking/sorting by end of August, it'll make me feel better.

I didn't really want a garden shot for the end of my holiday but the weather didn't encourage me to go elsewhere. This was taken in the pouring rain through glass covered in raindrops. I adjusted the levels and the structure to pull back the detail that was lost through the wet.

I'm going to have an early night to try and finish my book. It has been novel having this week to read a novel and I'm hooked, I need to get to the end!
