Tonight's Special

Busy day today. It really seems like I am starting the restaurant from scratch and being back in control of everything leaving my kitchen is a great feeling.

Don't get me wrong, it is hard work and I wish I was spending the afternoon with my wife and kids, but seeing people's faces when they eat food I have prepared from raw ingredients is one of the most rewarding things ever.

The special of chicken wrapped in Serrano Ham stuffed with tomato and mozzarella, with tomato chutney has gone down a storm!

Can't wait to go home and have a shower though. I stink!
