Liam v Handlebars

Not a food based blip, I know, but I didn't think anyone would want a blip of supermarket hot-dogs and oven chips!

Liam, my 9 year old son, had a bit of a fight with the handlebars of his bike today. A bit winded, ego bruised and a nice shaped graze but all in all he is fine. His sister Susie has been looking after him, which was lovely to see. Never mind, they will be knocking 10 bells out of each other later, I am sure.

Back to work tomorrow!
