Mousse!

As much as I love cooking, I can safely say I hate baking or making desserts, but after reading a brilliant recipe of a thick Spanish chocolate mousse served with fried bread I was inspired for a dessert special.

It is a light mousse topped with a summer fruit coulis and at the bottom there are whole fruits. It is quite nice if I do say so myself.

In the real world, Gill and the kids are away for a week as of tomorrow. It is going to kill me not seeing them all but at least they are getting a break.
