Favourite bridge.

The Nottingham Canal runs southwards from the City centre along the east side of London Road towards Trent Bridge, before bending eastwards to run parallel to the river's north bank.
I have frequently admired this little bridge - which spans both the canal and the towpath - the latter now used as a cycle track and footpath.
The canal has lots of water lilies and aquatic birds, and at this spot is very tranquil and seems ageless.
