When will I be famous?

Today we visited Museo Cristobal Balenciaga the great fashion designer who was born in Getaria the town where we stayed last night. The museum was a great insight into this designer who was at the forefront of haute couture and admired by Dior & Chanel alike.

Christian Dior called him 'the master of us all', while Coco Chanel said he alone was 'a couturier in the truest sense of the word… The others are simply fashion designers.'

From Getaria we drove down to San Sebastian the final stop on our road trip.

We are staying in a fabulous hotel themed on the movies. Ours is the Alfred Hitchcock suite. We even have a movie projector & screen in our room to watch any film we want!! - CUT
