Fruit bats

Another long drive today, 16 July, to reach Katherine. After arriving at our campsite we walked to the river to see thousands of bats in the trees. (We could smell them before we saw them). At dusk Evo clapped his hands -what a sight to see them all rise from the trees and fly over the river in the sunset.
