Hydrangea Heaven

Well it is if you're a bee :-)) just look at how full the pollen bags are, it was a real effort for it to take off and fly, poor thing, but it was certainly getting what it came for :-)

I had a really peculiar thing happen last night, I got a really bad cramp in all my back muscles, I woke up in agony in the middle of the night and it took hours to ease off a bit. Today I feel like I've been hit by a bus and I ache all over with sore muscles - I'm really hoping it doesn't happen again tonight, it was horrid :-(
