Blackberries in July!!?

I feel it's a wee bit early to see ripe blackberries. This whole bush was covered with them and amazingly there were all stages of growth present - buds, blossom/flowers, unripe and ripe berries. I picked a few but as the apples aren't ready yet, I'm not sure what I'm going to do with them :-/ probably put them in some plain yogurt or whizz them up with some milk or maybe just freeze them until the apples are ready :-))
