Closing ceremony

Today was the final day of the Nursery Games. A local rugby team came and did training with the children and they had a closing ceremony tea. They've had a fabulous week! They played what sounds like a simplified version of tag rugby which she loved.

Katie had a sticker today for really excellent reading with her keyworker. She's been taking a book each Friday to read. Now term is over and it's a bit less busy, Lesley has suggested Katie bring books more often to read with her. She said what a difference she noticed in both her word recognition and her blending. Katie was proud as punch!

We were podding peas as grandad & granny arrived. She asked grandad to help and then they went to feed the bunnies the pods.
