Mono Monday...Trees.

Not really time to take a good shot of trees, so gave these a bit of a tweak!
Taken at the garden nursery where I went this morning for more garden canes and string. (plants growing tall and falling over!)

House work, ironing, etc. today, Very boring!

This evening, however, it is our annual barge trip with the wine club.
Looking forward to it.
The committee members have to provide the wines, and speak about them. ( six of us)
I am taking a white wine we brought back from southern Burgundy.
One we have been buying now for three years.

2013 White, Macon Uchizy. Made with unoaked chardonnay grapes.
Victoria Moore , wine writer from The Daily Telegraph describes this wine as " smooth and curvy, like a pebble from the river." I don't usually go for these silly descriptions, but in this case I know just what she means!
