Close Encounter with a Sea Holly

Back in business in the Garden, after a holiday near Loch Tay.

A quiet walk round this evening before the meal, checking out the flowers, etc. The Sea Holly under the Scots Pine is coming on nicely, with three or four bees feeding.

So yet another Bee Blip, as I try for adequate focussing and clarity. I nearly chose another photo, which was not quite as 'in focus', but which showed one leg of the bee bent back on itself, twice. Are bees' legs double jointed?
