My day was fairly good. I made some of Lydia's book and then went to Helen's. Fairly nice time but then I started feeling like she thought I was a nasty person. Similar story when seeing Alice. So feeling a bit emotionally bruised. But also tired and keep forgetting that's what I'm feeling...!
