Indispensable

One of the things noticed while working here is that the weather hasn't really formed much of a conversation piece. The sun comes up, there are various degrees of haze, it gets very hot and the sun goes down. Every day.

There is no contemplation of whether it is going to rain today because it isn't. Nor do you need to contemplate on what is going to happen over the next few days because it is very likely to be the same as the last few days.

There is the occassional cyclone with potentially serious consequences. And it will rain sometime.

Today however, folks were talking about how hot it was. Even the locals. Air conditioning units are essential. They even make things, if anything, a little chilly.

I'm not sure if this shot is fuzzy because it is an iphone in poor light or whether it is just dusty.
